중국 본토 , 마카오, 대만 외의 국가를 방문한 승객
만약 승객이 홍콩에 입국하기 전 14일 이내에 중국 본토, 마카오, 대만 외의 목적지를 방문한 경우, 홍콩에 도착하는 날로부터 14일 이상 머무를 홍콩의 호텔 객실 예약 확인서를 영문 또는 중문으로 제공해야 합니다.
추가 입국 서류
만약 승객이 홍콩에 입국하기 전 14일 이내에 방글라데시, 벨기에, 에티오피아, 프랑스,인도, 인도네시아, 카자흐스탄, 네팔, 파키스탄, 필리핀, 러시아, 남아프리카, 터키, 영국 그리고 미국을 방문 했거나 앞서 언급된 국가에서 환승을 한 경우, 입국에 필요한 추가적인 서류가 준비 되어야 합니다.
1. 검사 결과 서류
의료기간 또는 연구실에서 발급한 영문 서류는 승객의 유효한 여행서류에 기재된 성명과 동일한 이름을 포함하고 있어야 하며, 또한 아래 항목을 포함하고 있어야 합니다.
- 승객은 COVID-19에 대한 핵산 검사(nucleic acid test)를 거쳐야 함
- 검사에 쓰이는 샘플은 홍콩으로 출발하는 항공편의 출발 시간 72시간 이내에 채취된 것이여함
- COVID-19에 대한 검사 결과가 음성으로 확인 되어야 함
연구실 또는 의료 기관에서 발급한 검사 결과지는 영어 또는 중국어로 작성되어 있어야 하며, 아래 항목을 모두 포함 하고 있어야 합니다. 또한 검사 결과지는 지면 또는 디지털 형식으로 제출이 가능합니다. 만약 아래 언급된 정보의 일부가 누락되어 있는 경우, 의료기관 또는 연구실에서 아래정보를 포함하여 영어 또는 중국어로 작성된 서면 확인서로도 제출이 가능합니다.
- 승객 이름 (승객의 유효한 여행 서류에 기재된 성명과 동일해야 함)
- 승객은 COVID-19에 대한 핵산 검사를 거쳐야 함
- 검사에 쓰이는 샘플은 홍콩으로 출발하는 항공편의 출발 시간 72시간 이내에 채취된 것이여야함

서면 확인서는 검사 결과와 함께 제출 되어야 합니다.
영국에서 출발하는 승객의 경우,
- NHS(National Health Service) 검사 결과는 홍콩 입국시 필요한 조건에 부합하지 않으며 허용되지 않습니다.
스케쥴 변경 또는 항공편 취소가 있을 경우, 승객은 COVID-19 검사 결과지는 새로운 항공편 출발 시간에 따라 72시간 요건을 충족하는지 확인할 책임이 있다는 점에 유의하십시오.
2. 증빙 서류
연구실 또는 의료 기관이 ISO 15189로 인가되었거나 연구실 또는 의료 기관이 위치한 지역의 관련 기관에 의해 인정 또는 승인이 된 기관임을을 증명하는 영문 또는 중문으로 쓰여진 증빙 문서가 필요합니다.
해당 증명서는 ''인증서'', ''준수증명서'' 또는 정부 웹사이트에서 출력된 정보의 형태일 수 있습니다.
연구실 또는 의료 기관의 테스트 보고서에 ISO 인증 참조가 포함되어 있더라도 문서 증빙이 필요합니다.

3. 호텔 예약 확인서
홍콩에 도착하는 날로부터 14일이상 머무를 호텔이 예약되어 있다는 것을 증명 하는 객실 예약 확인서가 필요합니다.
참고:
- 해당 확인서는 영문 또는 중문으로 쓰여져 있어야 하며, 프린트된 지면 또는 디지털 형식으로도 확인이 가능합니다.
- 위에서 언급된 국가/지역에서 방문하는 모든 승객은 머무를 숙박 시설이 필요합니다. 홍콩에 실제 거주하고 있는 집이 있거나, 거주하고 있는 주소가 있는 승객도 호텔에서 14일간의 자가 격리 기간을 거쳐야 합니다.
- 예약은 반드시 호텔 숙박만 가능합니다. 호스텔과 단기 렌탈 숙소(e.g. Airbnb)는 홍콩 SAR 정부에서 허용하지 않습니다.
승객이 상기 조건과 부합한다면, 아래의 절차에 따라 체크인을 요청할 것입니다.
